• Please embed your picture and video files into your presentation to avoid any display problems.
• All presentations will be loaded into our central computer system for presentation, so you do not need to bring your own laptop.
• Please submit your abstract and slides via Google Form no later than July 5, 2024. We will load your presentations in advance for viewing and rehearsal.
• If any revisions are needed, please upload your updated presentation to the speaker ready room at least 3 hours before your scheduled presentation.
• Technical support staff will be on standby to assist you.

Basic Format For Abstract:

• An abstract is a concise summary of a research paper including its background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion.
• The abstract must consist of one paragraph with a word limit of 175–275 words.
• Keywords are mandatory (maximum of 6 words).
• Keywords must be written in lowercase letters (except names or scientific terms) and separated by commas.
• Do not include subheadings, bullet points, lists, or header/footer content in the abstract.
• Abstract titles should be short, descriptive, and informative; abbreviations must not be used in the title.
• Acronyms must be written in full at first mention, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.
• Always follow SI units.
• Scientific names must be written in italic.
• Use negative exponents (e.g., kg m-3) and do not express units as divisions (e.g., kg/m3).
• Chemical formulas must follow standard format, e.g., CaCO₃. Use a zero before decimal points (e.g., 0.45, not .45).
• Citations or references should not be included in the abstract. If necessary, sources may be indicated in brackets.

Font:

• Title: Times New Roman, 12 pt, uppercase, centered, bold.
• Body text: Times New Roman, 11 pt, single line spacing, one-column layout.

Affiliations:

• Affiliations must be indicated using superscript Arabic numbers placed at the end of the surname/family name.
• A superscript asterisk (*) must be used to indicate the corresponding author.
• Full affiliation names must be provided, including the country.
• If multiple authors and affiliations exist, they must be matched using superscript numbers.
